Takaya

Takaya is a multi-building complex planned for Motor City, DubaiLand. The development comprises three individual buildings: Takaya Tower A, Takaya Tower B and Takaya Tower C.

The development has 788 units across its three towers including 39 townhouses, 5 villas, 744 apartments and 55,000 square feet of retail space.

The towers directly overlook the Dubai Autodrome. There is a 450-metre sky garden on the top of the podium that connects the townhouses, villas and apartments. The units will come with state-of-the art sound insulation.
