Aires de Vallecas

Aires de Vallecas is made up of 36 homes, with 2 and 3 bedroom typologies that have a careful distribution. The housing complex is distributed on a ground floor with an access control area in which large common areas, 4 floors and an attic floor are located.

The building has been designed giving great importance to outdoor spaces and, consequently, all homes have large terraces. The four floors have terraces from 10 m2 to 16 m2 and the attic floor has terraces from 16 m2 to 88 m2.

In addition, all the plant terraces will have a Lumon-type glass enclosure, creating a closed space, to be enjoyed all year round.

The terrace railings will be made of transparent glass without hardware, enhancing the relationship with the outside.

The exterior cladding will be composed of a ventilated façade made up of large-format porcelain stoneware pieces combined with an architectural panel.
